AMVC Employee Services recently promoted JaNel Anderson to Sow Farm Manager 
at NorDak, a breed to wean sow farm near Scranton.
In this role, Anderson will be responsible for providing daily leadership and direction to her 14 employees, as well as, overseeing and monitoring the farm’s production performance.
Anderson brings over seven years of swine experience to the position. She started her swine career in high school while working for AMVC part-time. She has previous on-farm leadership experience as she was an assistant sow farm manager and is a recent graduate of the AMVC Leadership Development Program.
“I am excited about being manager because I will be moving further into my career. I am looking forward to pushing myself to do the best I can for AMVC, the farm and my employees,” commented Anderson.
AMVC Management Services manages Nordak, and has a swine management presence across ten states.
